Ordering

You can order online, or telephone or email us to discuss your requirements.  When we receive your order we will email you to confirm receipt and discuss delivery deadlines.  If time is short, we can send the card to the recipient on your behalf and confirm to you when it has been sent.  We can also email you a copy of the card.

For wedding invitations or other invitations, we will send you a sample for approval and once this has been agreed, 50% of the cost of the total order must be paid when ordering, with the balance payable when the order is ready for dispatch.  We regret that all money must be paid before the order can be dispatched.

Payment

Payment can be made by Paypal, Nochex or by cheque if you prefer.  Contact us for details if you wish to pay by cheque.  Please note we will never contact you to ask for credit or debit card details and we will not give out or sell any information about you.

Both Paypal and Nochex are secure payments options taking all major credit and debit cards, but please be patient as sometimes the sites can take a few minutes to process payment.  Please do not click the back button, as this may result in a double payment or could abort the transaction.

We aim to dispatch cards with 2 - 3 days of the order, or to your requirements.

Postage is calculated at the checkout.  For wedding invitations, postage is calculated individually and depends on weight and speed of despatch.

Returns

If you are not happy with your card when it arrives, please email or telephone us immediately and then return the card to us in its packaging and in saleable condition and we will give you a full refund.  We regret that Front Page News Cards cannot be returned.
